Do EVO FIT entertainment and driving assistance upgrades come Plug & Play for European Cars?

All EVO FIT products come with Plug & Play wiring and connectors to seamlessly fit into your European car.

Do EVO FIT Support Blogs include an installation guide to assist the installer of the system?

Yes, EVO FIT Support Blogs will have in depth and detailed instructions with installation video and UI screen shots to help you and the installer set it up right.

Will the Entertainment display screen of my car get replaced with the EVO FIT Screen kit without tampering any factory wires in the car?

All EVO FIT products come with Plug & Play wiring harness and connectors to seamlessly fit into your European car. 

Will the existing version of BMW idrive / Audi MMI / Mercedes Benz Command with all its features will continue to work? And will the functions be still accessible using the controller knob dial just like stock, only displaying on the new screen?

Yes, the existing version of BMW idrive / Audi MMI / Mercedes Benz Command with all its features will continue to work, and will be accessible using the controller knob.

Do EVO FIT kits come with complete plug and play harness?

Yes, EVO FIT kits come with complete plug and play harness specific to each European car model.

Are there additional connectors included too for different functions in the EVO FIT kit?

Yes, most EVO FIT entertainment and driving assistance kits come with additional connectors for various functional add-on’s like USB, camera input sockets, audio out sockets for selected models.

Will the EVO FIT product mounts fit straight into the stock slots without any modifications?

Yes, EVO FIT kits come with direct fit mounts specific to each European car model, to get a fit which is closest to original. The idea is to retain the car interior theme, same as the car manufacturer intended while building the vehicle.

Do EVO FIT full entertainment upgrades come with Apple Carplay & Android Auto pre-installed ?

EVO FIT full entertainment upgrade kits don’t come with Apple Carplay or Android Auto pre-installed. Carplay / Android Auto has to be purchased separately as an add on USB dongle which is compatible with the entertainment screen.

Where can we find the VIN number on the car ?

There are 3 other places you can find your VIN number,
1) At the base of the wind shield / front glass.
2) At the Driver Side door jam
3) In your vehicle registration certificate or card, it will be called VIN number or Chassis Number

Payments FAQ

What are the Payment methods accepted on EVORetrofits e-Store ?

Payments can be made using Paypal, Credit card through Paypal. 

Is COD (Cash On Delivery) available for purchases made on EVORetrofits e-Store ?

We don’t offer Cash On Delivery (COD) on purchases on EVORetrofits e-Store as of now.

How are refunds handled for purchases made on the EVORetrofits e-Store ?

All purchases made on the EVORetrofits e-Store are non-refundable. We don’t make any refunds of any of the products sold on the EVORetrofits e-Store. Replacement parts or product will be provided for any warranty claims within the specified warranty period in the ad.
In some one off unique cases, if we are not able to rectify the product with parts or a new unit, we offer a Store Credit for the amount agreed between us and the Buyer to purchase anything of equivalent value that  buyer would like to have.

Shipping & Taxes FAQ

When will products purchased on EVORetrofits e-Store get delivered ?

All goods purchased on EVORetorfits e-Store which are in local warehouse stock will be delivered within India in 7 to 10 days of payment receipt on order.
Any goods shipped from our overseas warehouse will also come with a local GST invoice enclosed with the package, and will be delivered between 12 to 18 days after receipt of payment for the order.

Will products purchased on EVORetrofits e-Store come with GST invoice ?

We store our inventory in multiple warehouses, one in Bangalore, India and two in South east Asia in Singapore and Taiwan. Any goods shipped from our overseas warehouse will also finally come with a local GST invoice enclosed in the package, and will be delivered between 12 to 18 days after receipt of payment for the order.

Where do products purchased on EVORetrofits e-Store get shipped from ?

Will I have to pay any Duties & Taxes for shipments shipped from EVORetrofits Overseas Warehouse ?

For overseas shipments, buyers don’t have to get involved in the customs clearance or tax payments procedure. That will be handled by EVORetrofits, and the buyer will have to pay nothing extra over and above the price paid on the EVORetrofits e-Store.

Warranty & Claims FAQ

How long is the warranty on products purchased on EVORetrofits e-Store ?

Unless mentioned otherwise, all products will carry a Warranty of One year against any manufacturing defects and product failures.

What is the process involved in claiming warranty on products purchased on EVORetrofits e-Store ?

For any claims of warranty the buyer will have to send us a video of the problem being faced within their car. (For Example: short clip demonstrating problem in the car) This is the only way our manufacturer factory accept claims and this is how we can demonstrate any defects and get a faster claim of warranty.

How do we send & receive the the product for claiming warranty from EVORetrofits e-Store ?

Warranty claims will be honored locally once our team have confirmed any defect on the product purchased on EVORetrofits e-Store. All components / parts have to shipped to our Bangalore location for any claims. We don’t offer any pickup services. However, the part or product will be shipped back to the buyer within India at our cost.
